So if they successfully Bork Kavanaugh, they will use the same tactics on the next pick as well. So you end up with a 4-4 court. What happens if Trump can’t get a pick through and RBG dies?. Then the court is 4-3. Lots of stuff could happen with 4-3.
I suspect you are right. They can only pull this stunt so many times so they let one past. They did try to block him.. No matter who Trump sends, they will do this, a black woman? No problem, they will find some guy that claims she did something to them in jr high...
