ST. PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota state Rep. Jim Knoblach abruptly ended his re-election campaign Friday amid allegations of inappropriate touching from his adult daughter.
Minnesota Public Radio reported the announcement came hours after the St. Cloud Republican’s attorney, Susan Gaertner, denied the allegations in an interview with the station. She said the veteran lawmaker “does not want to drag his family through six weeks of hell.”

It was tangible and amenable to investigation.
Contrast to the accusations against Kavaugh where there are no actual allegations amenable to investigation.

I was struck by the contrast of something real with the pure ephemera of the Kavanaugh accusations.
It illustrates how absurd and irrational this Kavanaugh witch hunt is.
partly. It is also to try to paint the Rep party as sexist to sway the female vote away. So far the polls are starting to trend that way.
Bill Clinton got a pass for rape AND bullying women. It’s the press that gives out the passes...

She’s trying to tell us her father is a vampire? I don’t believe it.
And she “let” him do this to her when she was 21? I don’t believe that either.
If any guy had tried to touch my daughter when she was 21, they would have lost a lot of teeth, a couple balls, and spent months in the hospital. We did let her take karate lessons just for those kinds of creeps, and the one drunk guy who did slap her, shit in his pants and apologized profusely when he learned that her brother was coming after him.
Our family didn’t put up with any crap against my daughter or other family members. There is a court on the East Coast that learned it the hard way.
