Very interesting.

A third prediction:
3. Professor Ford’s letter which is now in Feinstein’s possession will become public before the Nov 6 election, most likely through a leak.
Ford had already left her fabrication on the WaPo tipline by then.
Given some young WaPo intern was assigned to review those voicemails every night, and bring the least worst of the werst to the morning editorial confab the next morning, you can guar-on-teed that same wild-eyed twenty-something lunatic sprang into that editorial circle jerk the next morning with "We got a live one!", simply because Ford's story amazingly/conincidentally includes a nearby high school, and fits the timeline +/- 5, 6, 7, 80 years.
And that slander ended up being the 'least worst of the worst', which says a lot about Bezos ordering this hit on Kavanaugh.
Because Trump has already fired the shot over Bezos' bow, and sending Kavanaugh to SCOTUS as enforcer:
"Whether reading news or looking for local businesses, citizens rely on search, social media, and other online platforms to provide objective and reliable information to shape a host of decisions ranging from consumer purchases to votes in elections. Because of their critical role in American society, it is essential that American citizens are protected from anticompetitive acts by dominant online platforms.Vibrant competition in the online ecosystem is essential to ensuring accountability for the platforms that hold so much sway over our economy and democratic process."
" Executive departments and agencies with authorities that could be used to enhance competition among online platforms (agencies) shall, where consistent with other laws, use those authorities to promote competition and ensure that no online platform exercises market power in a way that harms consumers, including through the exercise of bias."
"... Not later than 30 days from the date of this order, agencies shall submit to the Director of the National Economic Council an initial list of (1) actions each agency can potentially take to protect competition among online platforms and address online platform bias."
She’s 2nd generation CIA and a psychologist. Very likely able to control her emotions for such a test.
They should have some 12 year old girl ask the questions...
She signed a Physicians for Human Rights petition... if she has more to do with the PHR [and the ACLU] than that that has been hidden /covered up, then she knows exactly what she is doing. It’s a group involved in trying to subject the US to the ICC over alleged human rights abuses.
The Resistance media doesnt care about objective truth or the meaning of anything. They will twist it to their advantage. People who only see the dishonest propaganda media never know the actual truth. They also think that they know more and are smarter than us Deplorables who dont get our news from the NYT, WaPo, NBC etc.
Thanks for the odds. Interesting. Appears the money is on the Judge.
I hope you are correct here. I remember some very serious hearings during the Clinton administration, possibly about the Chinese funny-money illegal campaign contributions/giving away our advanced technology. The Dems had a lawyer speak for them. He was smart and slick. Republicans (the stupid party) had each Senator take a turn asking mostly worthless questions. It was more important to them to get ttheir little sound bites than to expose the Democrats for their corruption.
Exactly!
Ask if there was anyone else at the party. The party, the party, the party.
There are few facts. Reinforce that.
Even a whore can say no. Her sexual history is irrelevant.
Clearly you have never read the Art of War.
I dont think that anyone is paying her. I think that she is a true believer leftist who will do anything for the cause.
HA..! We haven't seen a whole lot of that lately...!
But she wasn't raped and Kavanaugh denies Ford's 36 year old teenage party grab-ass story.
Holy smokes, that broad is phony on so many levels it's ridiculous.
If so, they would not be debating this now. This will be the GOP vs Democrats, with every Senator getting a turn. As it should be. IF IT EVEN HAPPENS.
" Earlier Sunday, Sen. Lindsey Graham, a Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said lawyers for Ford are contesting two GOP conditions of the proposed 10 a.m. Thursday hearing -- that Ford and Kavanaugh will be the only witnesses and that an independent counsel will ask the questions."If they continue to contest those two things, there won't be a hearing," Graham said. "We're not going to let her determine how many people we call" and on outside counsel. "I hope she comes."
Graham, speaking on "Fox News Sunday," promised a fair hearing in which both Ford and Kavanaugh "will be challenged" but said "unless there's something more" to back up her accusation, then he's "not going to ruin Judge Kavanaugh's life over this."
"I want to listen to her, but I'm being honest with you and everybody else. ...What am I supposed to do? Go ahead and ruin this guy's life based on an accusation?" Graham asked, explaining his dilemma over an allegation of a 1980s incident that is past the statute of limitations for criminal charges. "But she should come forward. She should have her say."
I know two people like that. They say something and keep telling themselves the same. After a sort time they really believe it.
Now the Judiciary Committee can ask Ford to explain just how she got the idea (advise) to send the letter to Rep. Eshoo instead of directly to the logical person, Sen. Feinstein.
This will have to be answered UNDER OATH, with names of who advised her. I don’t think she was smart enough to plan this all by herself.
Then the question can be raised as to why Feinstein sat on this for months, then demanding an FBI investigation right at confirmation time.
Feinstein is as dirty as the rest of the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee, and in Congress as a whole.
This could be the RIGHT TIME to start questioning them under oath about their unethical and possibly criminal behavior. This would apply to Ford and the Democrats.
Might as well try it. Nothing Grassley and the other Republicans on the Sen. Judiciary Committee have worked. In fact it is they who have been “worked and jerked around” without any real resistance.
No guts, no stopping the DemonRats!
#34. No, but asking about her reputation as the “lay of the land” would be valid if that is how she described her behavior as a teenager.
Hey, if the Democrats don’t want to acknowledge Kavanaugh’s stellar high school/college reputation as a decent person, then the gloves are off about Missy Balsey and her reputation/admissions.
Don’t let the rats get away with anything. Make them talk, under oath and throw the uncovered documents in her face.
She did not send the congresswoman a letter. She called her office to setup a meeting.
