This yearbook entry seems like silly humor. Do you really believe that someone named Andrea ran her car into anything within 20 miles, including trucks, cars, and bushes?
The way to interpret that is, “A” didn’t know how to drive, and/or drove drunk, wasn’t attentive to road laws or didn’t know how to use brakes. The 20 mile radius is probably the furthest they needed to drive to get their whatever needs met.
