Actor Jack Black went after President Donald Trump Tuesday while delivering remarks for the unveiling of his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

“I love you all so much,” the Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle star said, wrapping up his speech, in front of a small audience.

“Except for Donald Trump’s a piece of sh— ! Peace out, love you!” Jack Black concluded.

Tuesday’s remarks were the first time in more than a year Black had publicly taken shot at President Trump.

Last February, the Kong Fu Panda star said he hoped actress Meryl Streep would win an Academy Awards so she could take the stage and rip into President Donald Trump like she did during her Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award acceptance speech at the Golden Globes a month earlier.

IIRC Chase and Murray were on snl together for a brief period, one or two seasons I think....from what I understand chase didn’t like Bill Murray IMO because Murray was (and always has been) hands down funnier. Also, if you notice in the Caddyshack movie they have one scene together in the whole movie, I don’t think they’ve ever liked each other much.

He always played relatable characters, and yes, I enjoyed the ramblings of Tenacious D as well. I doubt they will be seriously impacted as a group, and Jack Black’s career will continue. Not like he was pulling $100M opening weekends for his films.

His 15 seconds of fame. Never heard of him. Looks like some slob off the street.

I watched Caddyshack:Behind the Scenes.
CC refused to speak to Murray on the set. The scene they did together was described as “frosty” because of the tension.
Chase was an ass, Murray was a professional.

Chase stuck to the script while Murray ad libbed his entire role.
Bill was supposed to be on the set for one day as he was starting another movie. I think he ended up being there three days.
A real pro.

Bye, Jack, if we ever even knew you!!

By the way, what is the weird trend with Jack Black, Tom Hanks, and Jim Carrey for examples, growing these gross full-face beards?

Just lazy, not wanting to shave? They look like drug-addled old men, which is perhaps the answer.

Hollywood actors live in the deepest perverted cesspool of American culture.... expect nothing but filth out of their mouths.

Jack Black is about a decade past his prime, if he ever had one. This is the only way he’ll get attention anymore.

Brian Doyle Murray was funnier than chase in Caddyshack IMO.

Why didn’t he refuse the star in protest of Trump?

Because the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce controls who gets a star...and surprise, it's about money...

....A fee of $40,000 (as of 2018), payable at time of selection, is collected to pay for the creation and installation of the star, as well as general maintenance of the Walk of Fame. The fee is usually paid by the nominating organization, which may be a fan club, or a film studio, record company, broadcaster, or other sponsor involved with the prospective honoree...."

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce approves 200 stars per year...200 x $40,000, ka-ching!!

Bought a VIP ticket to his “Mandatory Fun” tour. Had a short meet n greet with the guy. He works VERY hard and puts on a good show.

He really re-defined comedic music.

Re post #16:

He’s starting to look like Michael Moore. Ugh 😑Glad I already told my husband I wasn’t going to see his new movie. Add to that - any future movie.

How that stomach with eyebrows got a star is beyond me. How he ever gets any role beyond a Jim Belushi reboot is beyond me.

I’m OK with these juvenile outbursts in public by the HomoWood crowd.

Think of what it does for #walkway.
