If she was receiving death threats thats something the FBI can look into but I suspect thats a lie as well. She wont testify because drunk teens normally do things that are awkward.
Sounds like she was so drunk she doesn’t remember how she got to a party or where the party was or how she got home. Somehow she remembered the sex part of it though.
