Americans keep dividing into two hostile camps.
It seems the country is back to 1860 on the eve of the Civil War, rather than in 2018, during the greatest age of affluence, leisure and freedom in the history of civilization.
The ancient historian Thucydides called the civil discord that tore apart the fifth-century B.C. Greek city-states “stasis.” He saw stasis as a bitter civil war between the revolutionary masses and the traditionalist middle and upper classes.
Something like that ancient divide is now infecting every aspect of American life.
Americans increasingly are either proud of past U.S. traditions, ongoing reform and current American exceptionalism, or they insist that the country was hopelessly flawed at its birth and must be radically reinvented to rectify its original sins.
No sphere of life is immune from the subsequent politicization: Not movies, television, professional sports, late-night comedy or colleges. Even hurricanes are typically leveraged to advance political agendas.

Sanctuary cities are very real. Gun-free zones aren't.
Name me a "gun-free zone" and I'll bet it's full of guns.

Over the decades dems just keep getting more & more slimy. The Clinton presidency seemed to bring a big division. You may not have heard about it so much in the news, but it was there in daily life amongst friends and family.
I am thankful for stupid leftists like Maxine Waters who telegraph the moves and intent of the Leftists and Deep State.
It a gift to us, really. It helps us plan.
PS: Make a mental list of all the bad people around you so that when the time comes you don’t fritter around making lists, because by then that time will have passed.

This notion that conservatives are having these giant biblical families while liberals are aborting all themselves is mostly BS. My wife and I have four kids but we are definitely outliers. Most of the productive taxpaying families that we know have a single child, -or none at all. They can't afford them. The parasite class, on the other hand, breeds like rabbits.

Just go back and watch the old Occupy Wall St video. Kids protesting wearing the most expensive clothes you can buy: North Face, ArcTeryx, etc. That ain’t cheap. Filming the whole thing on the latest iPhones and iPads.

Years ago, I was a cop. A hippie band is playing in a small venue in the city and a young girl passes out in the aisle. We gather her up, bring her to the office and she comes to. No issues. Probably smoke a ton of weed, but no other issues. Bottle of water and she was ok. Asked her how old she was: 19. Where was she from: New Jersey. Where was she staying: Ritz Carlton downtown. Where at the Ritz Carlton: Concierge Level of the Ritz Carlton. How do you afford that: My parents give me a credit card and ATM card and let me follow the band around, as long as I fly first class and stay in hotels like the Ritz. We got her a cab and sent her to the hotel.
I won’t go into the time I watched another girl, around the same age, OD and die right in front of me at a similar concert and then have her friend refuse to tell me who and where she got the drugs from. Amazing.

Unfortunately, I believe you are RIGHT on the money.
Our sides’ leaders will NEVER fight a civil war along with us; WE, the people would have to do it ourselves. That means - we first must fight our own leaders as well as the deep state and their followers.
Its either gonna be that, or we end up a 3rd world banana republic not very long after Trump is gone.

If the right was to hold a peaceful protest, the left would show up to protest the protest in a loud and violent manner. The right does not want to jeopardize their lives protesting while the left wants to endanger the lives of any and everyone. Also the right gets paid to work a job and don’t have time to protest, while it appears that many on the left don’t work and get paid to protest.
It's outcome depends upon the success or failure of the Trump Revolution, and this will be decided by the voting process.
To be sure, Democrats/'Progressives"/Leftists/"Liberals" will use every possible trick to fix the vote to their advantage--fraud, packing the voter rolls, dead voters, illegal voters. Of course that's why they're importing as many immigrants as possible and getting them on the welfare rolls.
If the vote is kept legal, i.e. if the Democrats do not succeed in subverting it, the Trump Revolution will probably succeed, but by a frighteningly narrow margin.
One bright light of hope is this: Trump. Just as he succeeded in defeating each of his challengers in the 2016 Republican Primaries and Presidential Election, his brilliant mind and indomitable spirit might just pull off success in the Trump Revolution.
This is why Democrats/Leftists despise him so. They fear that he will succeed.
If the Trump Revolution does succeed, the millions of Americans who can't decide which of the two hostile camps to join, will jump on the Trump bandwagon. The USA will soar to new heights of greatness. President Trump, who believes profoundly in the equality of all people and liberty and justice for all, will use his enormous skills to heal the divisions in American society, a vision that his opponents do not see, and a man whose brilliance, staggering intellect, and profound benevolence they do not see, because of their own willful blindness, intellectual and spiritual limitations, and lust for power.
If the Trump Revolution fails, America will descend into a hellhole.
Pray that the American People comprehend the truth of all this, give their support to President Trump and the Trump Revolution, and will join together in this effort to save America!
