First the FBI would not entertain an investigation on a 35 year old civil case.
Second the judiciary committee would be hard pressed to delay a vote for the time an even cursory investigation could be made. MONTHS, it would take months, maybe even to agree to investigate.
Third; this is a bold face attempt to smear Kavanaugh for the rest of his career, as he will be confirmed.
Who knows if he’ll get confirmed now. Whether he gets on the SC or not, I hope he sues that lady and her attorneys for everything they got, and everything they’re ever going to get.
Most of the American populace are sick of this and that includes DEM voters.
When she does testify she will conveniently forget the name of anyone who was in the house on the day of the incident. The only name she will remember is Kavanaugh. This will be to shield her from any lawsuit resulting from her defamation of anyone other than kavanaugh.
The other person she did mention (not under oath) has said that he will not testify so he wants to stay out of this scene. If she brings him in, he may have a case.
The only question here is did she make the same claim about Gorsuch or not?
