How about We make the Execution fun and public. Say on the 4th of July we put them all out in the middle of the Desert wired to each other with Detcord with a few wraps around the waistline and after it get dark we set them off.
We could even make a Festive Design that would show up on the SAT Cams. Heck with as many as there are we could set up Displays to make Calendars for years to come. Set off 12 groups at a time.
With 12 at a time it will take a long time to get to 150 million equality.
