Why waste a 40 yr accusation, true or otherwise, on a lower court judge? You get no press notoriety , no national TV, no book deal or movie rights, and no adoration from the left-wing establishment, including Hollywood and academe.

a justice on the DC Court of Appeals is hardly a low position. It is just below SCOTUS in power and influence. That’s another reason why I think Ford is lying: Taking the scalp of a DC COA justice is a big deal. So, why didn’t she do it in 2012? 2013? 2014? You get the idea.

The only blabb8ng years ago would have been giggling with her girlfriends. That kind of hijinks was only worth school hallway chatter...a non-event then. Now, democrats are retroactively trying to make it into a capital crime. Rest of the world is shaking their heads.
