They cannot let her testify. Nobody has time to prepare to question her. Let her file a sworn affidavit with her accusation, and let Kavanaugh respond in kind. Feinstein screwed the Democrats here by sitting on the letter for 2-3 months, because she already had an opportunity — even a RESPONSIBILITY — to address the matter when she was questioning Kavanaugh directly in his confirmation hearing.
Even if they blow her up and this fails, the Dems will still use it as an excuse to claim that every one of Kavanaugh’s rulings is illegitimate.
