NELLIE OHR (ULS CALLSIGN KM4UDZ) TO TESTIFY BEFORE CONGRESS ABOUT WORK FOR FUSION GPS
The Daily Caller ^ | 2:25 PM 09/16/2018 | Chuck Ross | Reporter

Congress will interview Nellie Ohr, the wife of Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr, later this week, Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe said on Sunday.

Ratcliffe said Sunday that Ohr is expected to appear for a closed-door interview with the House Judiciary and House Oversight & Government Reform Committees, in an interview on Fox News.

Ohr worked during the 2016 election cycle for Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that investigated Donald Trump on behalf of the Clinton campaign and DNC. Fusion hired former British spy Christopher Steele, the author of the infamous anti-Trump dossier that was used to obtain spy warrants against former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

While she worked for Fusion, Ohr’s husband, Bruce Ohr, was in contact with both Steele and Glenn Simpson, the founder of Fusion GPS.

A former assistant deputy attorney general at the Justice Department, Bruce Ohr was interviewed by the congressional committees on Aug. 28. (RELATED: Here Is Who Bruce Ohr Did And Did Not Tell About His Dossier Contacts)

Republican lawmakers have questioned the Ohrs’ relationship to Fusion GPS and Steele. The husband-and-wife duo met with Steele on July 30, 2016, a day before the FBI opened its counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign’s possible ties to Russia. Nellie Ohr began working for Fusion GPS in December 2015. Congressional sources have told The Daily Caller News Foundation that Fusion approached Ohr for the job.

So you think this pointed call for Nellie Ohr to testify is all Kabuki theater and nothing is going to happen to anyone?

I'm looking at the history of the congressional investigations done under republican control of congress, and, the history shows no or very minor actions or results for their efforts. Behghazi? How many suffered any consequences for their neglect and lies to congress? Maybe I missed it, but, is Hillary or anybody under her direction wearing prison orange? It's been about 2 years since the investigations of the "collusion" allegations, on both sides, and, I fail to see anybody on the liberal/democrat side that has suffered any consequences, while, on the republican side, there have been a bunch of indictments and plea deals and even jail time.

So, you tell me. What have the republicans accomplished, other than the kabuki theater theatrics?

So, what is it that you see or expect to come out of the republican side of the investigations. And, don't imagine; give us real results.

I would have thought that DC, being as crucial to national security as it is, would have DXers and recordings of every transmission within 100 miles of there.

Heck, on old time elmer could have stumbled on their simplex freqs and started recording.

Do you think those conversations could have been captured? I know our Trojan Spirit and Prophet systems in our MI BDE could find, track, and record them.

Nellie Ohr’s license would have limited her to a 10-mile radius, which would have included all of DC. Plus she speaks fluent Russian. She was probably using it like a secure cell phone. Might even have been encrypted.

Note: This is nothing against you, Adorno. I understand the mindset.

Honestly, I am not interested in what "investigations under Republican control" have accomplished in the past.

That has zero bearing on this, and I think it is a fool's errand to assume that since nothing has happened in the past, nothing will happen in the future.

I expect to see multiple people from this list indicted and punished:

Who I think has zero chance of being indicted and punished;

Will all of those people above be punished? No. Will some of them? Yes. It it worth it? We cannot afford not to.

I can't get more specific than that. But if nobody is punished, I would come on here and say I was wrong.

How many who say nobody will be punished will do so?

shut down Mueller:

16 Sept: Fox News: Lisa Page testimony: Collusion still unproven by time of Mueller’s special counsel appointment
By Catherine Herridge, Cyd Upson
More than nine months after the FBI opened its highly classified counterintelligence investigation into alleged coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia, FBI lawyer Lisa Page said investigators still could not say whether there was collusion, according to a transcript of Page’s recent closed-door deposition reviewed by Fox News.
“I think this represents that even as far as May 2017, we still couldn’t answer the question,” Page said.

Page was responding to Republican Rep. John Ratcliffe of Texas, who wanted more information about a May 2017 text where Page, and her then colleague and lover FBI agent Peter Strzok discussed the merits of joining Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team...
“I cannot provide the specifics of a confidential interview,” Ratcliffe told Fox News when asked for comment. “But I can say that Lisa Page left me with the impression, based on her own words, that the lead investigator of the Russian collusion case, Peter Strzok, had found no evidence of collusion after nearly a year.”...

Hillary was a shoo-in to win. Nobody expected Trump to win. None of this would have ever been known if Hillary had won. Nellie got the ham operator license because she knew that NSA doesn’t capture these communications. Why else would she get the license? Occam’s razor.

Technician License does NOT limit communication to 10 miles. The range would depend on antenna, transmitter power, elevation of antenna, and whether or not a repeater was used for the communication link. Encryption is prohibited, however, standard digital protocols are available on bands authorized for Technician use. Potential range could cover most of the metro DC area.

Enough range to talk to RUSSIANS who lived in DC without the NSA recording the conversation.

Low power transmission was all I meant. Enough power to talk to nearby RUSSIANS though.

Hey, I hear you, and your list is comprehensive and indicative of the corruption and corrupt officials.

But, from past experiences, what republicans are interested in, is pointing fingers, or blaming, and then leaving it at that, hoping that people will be satisfied and just move on.

Benghazi should have brought indictments, or at least firings or resignations. Nothing happened, and corruption can’t get worse than that.

Then, there is the IRS targeting of republicans, a bunch of them, and NOTHING came of that either.

If you expect things to change this time around, don’t hold your breath, or you’ll die holding it.

Do you really think someone engaged in a high stakes coup attempt has time to start a new hobby? She didn’t apply for the license ten years ago or even earlier when she when through high school driving class, she applied right smack inside the plot timeline.
