The sheriff of Pima County, Arizona said Wednesday on "Fox & Friends" that the rejection by county officials of a $1.4 million federal grant to strengthen border security is puzzling.

The board reportedly voted to reject funding from Operation Stonegarden, a program that would bolster cooperation on border security between the federal and local government.

Sheriff Mark Napier said that the same board of supervisors accepted the same grant the previous 12 years, and that the vote against it is jeopardizing public safety.

This article was on Facebook and liberals were commenting they could not figure out why the council turned down the money. Could backfire on them. They have been taking money for years to help feds with the border, then not really helping.

I was born and raised in Tucson, I am in my mid 60’s. When I was a kid, the New York mafia ran the city. The mafia took their cut and everything ran like clockwork. The California libtards started invading Tucson in the late 60’s and eventually took over.

I had a brother living there, but he passed away in February. His wife is getting ready to move out, said it is not a good place to live.

It’s little Mexico in Tuscon. Mine live out of town aways in a small community so it isn’t bad. But everything they do like official business or shopping is in Little Mexico.

The board is full of rats? Literally and figuratively? Has to be. Trying to make juvenile political statements. Pathetic.
