No, Grassley didn’t cave.

He planned for this one week delay because he knew the RATs could call for it by the committee rules.

The committee vote will take place on the 20th and the full Senate will vote the last week of the month.

This one week delay is routine under Senate rules. It was widely expected and means nothing. The full. Vote will go forward as planned.
