Yeah it’s not there’s a gas pump. Unless a main regulator failed this almost has to be intentional.

It can’t all rely on one regulator can it? There has to be multiple regulators in series and safety cutoff valves and pressure monitoring at the source. As someone said earlier their should be relief valves(although venting into the air could be very dangerous). I just can’t believe that the system would not be designed with multiple safety’s so that this could never happen by chance.
