It has probably seen worse!
Like the Alabama in Mobile Bay. Katrina near about knocked her over, but they fixed her.
I like the dazzle camo, that wasn’t on her last I visited. Of course that was long ago when I was a kid in the 70’s lol, it was solid battleship grey back then, at anchor in the river right by Wilmington, within sight of downtown actually, had to take a ferry out to tour it. There was a rather famous alligator that hung out swimming around the battleship, I think tourists were feeding it.

It has probably dealt out worse!
Of course, I’d not wanna be in any hurricane - but if I had to hunker down somewhere, the North Carolina looks as good a place as any.
