I watched this game. The stadium was packed at kick-off.

It had been raining hard well before kickoff and did throughout the game.

The Ravens were crushing an obviously inept opponent.

So people went home.

The image posted here proves that people did not want to sit out in a hard rain to watch a game already won by their team.

Thanks for correcting this hype story.

I will now no longer be tempted by Gateway Pundit’s click bait antics.

Oh, and if you check Nike’s stock price, they are doing just fine.

my estimate is that attendance at home ravens games has dwindled to about 50k - about 70% of capacity. Maybe a little less.
last year’s disgraceful behavior in London coupled with the ridiculous amount of $ required to take your kid to a football game killed it for a lot of fans - including me.
I can’t say that I care enough to even hope the league fails.
It has, imho, devolved to the level of arena football - the product has
deteriorated to a level of watchability that - speaking for myself - is on par
with the NBA - unwatchable.
