That’s why I think this whole investigation is ridiculous. It would never stand up in court. In fact, I think it gives Trump a strong hand to countersue for malicious prosecution.

There is no prosecution against Trump for which he can seek a claim of malicious prosecution, which is a civil concept in any event.
