President Trump May Be Preparing A Little Surprise Of His Own
Freedom Outpost ^ | 09/09/2018 | ELIZABETH VAUGHN

Posted on 09/09/2018 10:07:49 PM PDT by MaxistheBest

Chris Wallace says that the Woodward Book, the anonymous NYT op-ed, and Obama’s fiery speech were a “1-2-3 Punch” combination on Trump this week. But the word is that President Trump may be about to launch a devastating counterattack. It certainly looks that way.

The word is that the White House legal team is examining the original FISA Court application and renewal applications for the warrant to surveil Carter Page. As President Trump considers declassifying the 20 pages of these documents that were released completely (or heavily) redacted this summer, as many in Congress have requested, the White House wants to be certain that if anything needs to remain redacted, it will. Otherwise, the documents will be ready for declassification.

Trump alludes to it in a recent tweet:

Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump The Deep State and the Left, and their vehicle, the Fake News Media, are going Crazy - & they don’t know what to do. The Economy is booming like never before, Jobs are at Historic Highs, soon TWO Supreme Court Justices & maybe Declassification to find Additional Corruption. Wow!

7:19 AM - Sep 6, 2018 128K 67.2K people are talking about this Twitter Ads info and privacy During an interview last week with Vince Coglianese and Saagar Enjeti of The Daily Caller, Trump was asked, “Do you think you’re going to be declassifying the FISA documents that have been targeting your campaign?” His answer was somewhat cryptic.

Well, we’re looking at it very seriously right now because the things that have gone on are so bad, so bad. I mean they were surveilling my campaign. If that happened on the other foot, they would’ve considered that treasonous. They would’ve considered that spying at the highest level. Can you imagine if we were doing that to Obama instead of Obama and his people doing that to us? Everybody would’ve been in jail for the next 500 years. Okay? Can you believe it, where they paid this guy millions of dollars, it turned out? If you look at all of the things that are happening.

Investigative reporter and journalist Sara A. Carter wrote that she has been told by numerous sources that the 20 pages of redacted material from these documents are expected to be declassified. The DOJ has been vehemently opposed to declassifying this information. Congressional members and investigators who have viewed the unredacted documents claim that they reveal explosive information about the FBI’s handling of the Trump-Russia investigation, according to sources. Why else would the DOJ fight so hard against their declassification?

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) appeared on Hannity recently and said, “The remaining classified documents regarding Page need to be declassified because there is exculpatory evidence…the judges should have been presented with this exculpatory evidence that the FBI and DOJ had.”

Another Congressional official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said, “All these documents will expose how the FBI handled this investigation and give clarity to the public. The American people deserve to know the truth and our country needs to move on.”

The importance of DOJ official Bruce Ohr’s role in this saga has only recently been uncovered. It was revealed that Ohr was in frequent communication by email and text with Christopher Steele and also met with him on numerous occasions, both before and after the FBI fired Steele for speaking to the media. Following Steele’s termination, the FBI wanted to continue receiving his information and counted on Ohr to provide it. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said:

The first guy that Bruce Ohr speaks to after meeting with Steele is Andy McCabe. Ohr calls him up a day or two later and meets with McCabe and Lisa Page.

So all the key people at the FBI know what’s going on before they take the dossier into the court. They know the full details of the dossier, they know who wrote it, who paid for it…and we don’t believe they conveyed any of that critical information to the FISA Court…

It was reported that a grand jury has been impaneled to investigate former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. Although it will likely be a lengthy process, it will be interesting to see if McCabe agrees to turn against his former colleagues in exchange for leniency.

Another new and noteworthy piece of the puzzle involves the relationship between Bruce Ohr and Andrew Weissmann, who is the Mueller team’s lead prosecutor. In 2016, Weissmann was the chief of the DOJ’s criminal fraud division.

According to Fox News’ Catherine Herridge, “Weissmann was “kept in the loop” by Ohr about his contact with Steele and the FBI, according to the report.”

Earlier this year, Sara Carter reported that:

Before Weissmann was appointed to the Special Counsel, he arranged a meeting with AP journalists investigating Paul Manafort and his Ukrainian business dealings. On April 11, 2017 Weissmann, the AP reporters and several FBI officials Weissmann brought into the meeting met with the reporters.

On April 12, the AP published the explosive expose on Manafort.

According to sources who spoke with this news outlet, the meeting was attended by three different litigating offices. Two employees from the U.S. Justice Department and the other representative was from the U.S. Attorney’s office, according to the sources. FBI agents also attended the meeting, law enforcement sources confirmed.

At the time Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller, and chief Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores also declined to comment.

According to sources, FBI officials at the meeting complained about Weissmann’s failure to follow protocol with journalists. They issued a formal complaint against him to the Justice Department, as they were concerned the meeting with the journalists could harm the ongoing probe into Russia’s involvement in the 2016 presidential election.”

The interrelationships in Washington are almost incestuous. Everyone who has spent any serious time in the city knows almost everyone else in some capacity. This is why the law states that “The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government.” The selection of Robert Mueller, who has spent his entire career working for the US Government, actually violated the law.

So, once again, we are left to wait. Labor Day has past and the midterm elections are two months away. Does Trump release the documents that the deep state has fought so hard to keep classified? If so, when? Now, or does he wait for an October surprise?

a “1-2-3 Punch” that would scare the hell out of the deep State would be that AG Sessions will be assigning a Special Counsel on wrongdoing in the FBI, DOJ etc...

Huber was nominated by Barack Obama.

RINO Senator Orrin Hatch convinced Trump not to fire Huber in 2017.

When Trump nominated Huber for a new four year term, not one Senate Democrat voted against Huber.

The idea that Huber has empaneled a secret Grand Jury in Utah is delusional.

Every potential crime took place in Washington D.C.

Every potential Democrat defendant lives in or near Washington D.C.

No Democrat defendant will ever voluntarily agree to a trial outside the jurisdiction where the crimes took place and where they live.

> Release all of Anthony Weiner’s and Hillary Clinton’s emails-without any redactions.

The names of the child victims ought to be redacted for decency.

IF President Trump appoints a Special Counsel (and I’m not a fan - time, money and control), give the Left something to choke on. How about Judge Moore. Wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants?

The information has already been out there for a while, the media shlls merely ignore it. The big surprise is well in the future -- when Mueller's witch hunt fails and the imaginary grounds for impeachment dry up and blow away, the left will rant and rave and blame Mueller -- and then President Trump will let the guy stew for a while as suspense builds, and pardon Mueller. :^) Thanks MaxistheBest.

Trump knew that if he allows them the stage for over a year they will eventually hang themselves

The problem with considering any revelation a knockout punch, is that the Left does not care about any crimes committed by a Leftist against their enemies on the right.

Find proof that Podesta committed child sacrifices? They won’t care. Look at all the horrors done by Communism, and still Marxists like Bernie are popular.

95% of the DOJ needs to be fired.

That's true. The Dem. voters are that ignorant and foul too.

MSM will never honestly cover unredacted FISA, but instead cover Democrat excuses and lies to trash Trump. In the end I worry that only those who already believe how dirty the DS is will understand. The masses will go about listening to lies and watching Survivor episodes.

"Trump gave the Political Left an entire year to write their rebuttal talking points and plan a general strategy for the FISA document release.

It will be covered in depth only by Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Rush Limbaugh, and Judicial Watch."

Hate to say it, but this is my belief, also.

We've seen legitimate bombshells falling to earth harmlessly because the predominant media has effectively extinguished or cut-off the fuses before explosion or impact. This is without question the most far-reaching example of corruption and scandal in U.S. history.

There could be pictures if Obama dressed-up as a urinating prostitute, and the only discussion would be whose bed was being urinated on...

“No Democrat will not be indicted or convicted of a politically related crime in Washington D.C.”

I think Mueller set some sort of precedent with Manafort by farming out his next trial to the SDNY. I believe with Trump updating many of the courts, can pull the same stunt, cite Manafort and get to work.

This all comes down to election day. If Republicans hold the legislative brach, the next two years will be a blood bath.

Agree - but the declassification may not be a solo act...Trump has been building the tempo for a while and the sense is that something's gonna blow - the fuse will probably be lit this side of the midterms and the main explosive will be a series of charges (like those used to take down a big building) after them....

I can dream - right?

MAGA!!!!!

The issue of the unredacted FISA warrants will be a bombshell if Trump himself releases them and while addressing the American public.

Something like this will be the start of Trump’s October Surprise for 2018. It will start in a week to ten days, and run up until the election with additional bombshells every week or two.
