Although many Freepers seem to whine incessantly about Matt Drudge’s alleged infractions against conservatism, he is the only journalist that I trust. The fact that he has the objectivity to present both sides does not in anyway diminish the fact that he pro-life and has done more than anyone in the written media to support conservatives. He may not always support our favorite candidates or causes, but he is a good guy on the right side.

The media loved him and thanks to weak Republican candidates like Crazy McCain and the opportunist Romney, the media managed to get him elected to two terms. But he was a complete failure and spent most of his time golfing and enjoying the free lunch that comes with such a lofty position. He let two amateur diplomats (Hillary and Kerry) run his foreign policy and both of them were weak and ineffectual in their tenures.
Domestically he was more of a racial divider, than a racial healer. So his sole domestic achievement was the creation of unworkable and flawed healthcare system in the form of Obamacare.
Hopefully he will campaign for every candidate who is in a close race.

On Halloween morning 1998, I personally met the spectral image of Matt Drudge along with other Freepers (many who have since passed or moved on). He already had his trademark hat and I believe he was wearing a white suit. I was walking with my wife from the Lincoln Memorial and I saw the ghostly apparition through the morning mist and I remember remarking to my wife that somebody who looks like Matt Drudge is down the hill over there.
Sure enough, it was really him. He shook our hands and didn't have much to say. I remember thinking that he looked a bit like Hank Williams.
How soon before Drudge is banned from twitter?
