Yes, I doubt the airlines boarding in the Middle East were doing temperature scans, like during the Ebola scare. It should be required, since clearly a lot of already sick people were allowed to board. Just the waiting area would be like a Petri dish. This is a predictable event every year, germs being spread around the world after a massive gathering, and nobody utters a peep.
