I've visited a number of observation decks of tall buildings...including the Burj Kalifa in Dubai (the world's tallest building) and the *new* WTC.But to me the best...BY FAR...was the outdoor deck of the old WTC.
Anyone who's ever experienced it will never forget it.

Nice that they re-opened the station, but really not a need for it. The 2/3 from Fulton does the trick which you can now get to from WTC, plus Chambers still runs the 1.
