Remember the fallen of 9/11/01!
I was on duty at the FAA that day. A new guy asked where to get a cup of coffee so we went up toe the Cafe. CNN was on with report of fire on one of the tower. I watched the second plane crash and realized it would be worse than one of those days. I had no idea how bad it would be. He will never forget his first day.
