Absolutely. Get the combined efforts of the Navy Seabees and Army Engineers and get it done. Do something!!
A general support engineer battalion could throw up a mile of dirt berm and HESCO barrier a day. Would not be pretty but it would stop vehicles and channelize foot traffic making the border patrol’s job easier.
