Rosenstein said during his last public appearance before the joint House committee that he doesn't have the responsibility of signing FISA applications any longer and it was assigned to another authorized person. RosenWeasel sounded glad about that.

I think Joe is embellishing that along with the IG investigation, putting the two together when they aren't actually directly connected?

The way it sounded to me was much more encouraging:

RR being under investigation means he can no longer maintain the cover up for DOJ and FBI - they are exposed.

It is now a matter of time before Mark Meadows and others from the legislative branch (perhaps with a little help from POTUS) finally get their hands on deeply incriminating documents relating to the FISA court abuse and blow the lid off.
