Fox News host Tucker Carlson started his show Wednesday night claiming he had a “pretty good idea who wrote” the controversial anonymous New York Times op-ed and added that representatives from his show had called the White House for comment.
Earlier in the day, The New York Times published an anonymous op-ed that was allegedly written by a “senior official in the Trump administration.”
According to the op-ed’s anonymous author, “there were early whispers within the cabinet of invoking the 25th Amendment,” against President Trump because of the “instability” many witnessed.

Q seems to be always late to the game when it comes to ‘splainations.
I think it was a PsyOp from a ‘semi insider’ / NeverTrumper Paul Ryan-style RINO and Trump misplayed it.
Goal was to create paranoia and confusion in the WH and a lack of trust. Trump should have treated it as an anonymous source joke.
The pieces are already out guessing who it is within the WH (an actual CNN ‘story’ right now).
Brought up the 25th Amendment as well.
Deep State knows they aren’t going anywhere with the Special Counsel. Mulehead is running out of steam and all he can do is come out with an opinionated report.
Now Dems have a backup plan arguing Trump is unfit for office.
Why? He’s hot tempered, petulant, bully, not a free trader, doesn’t want war with Russia, or whatever. Doesn’t matter.
It’s the NEXT THING they can move on to when this attack fails.
They don’t want to actually impeach because they saw how Americans punished Republicans for doing that with Bill Clinton.
They just want to wound and raise the specter of impeachment, but not actually do anything. Republicans did the same thing with Obama for 8 years. “Oh, we need BOTH houses. Then, only then, we can stop Obama.” When they were actually part of the Uniparty.
I think somebody on the Times editorial board made the whole thing up.

Because there is a pro-Trump campaign ad on TV listing all of his accomplishments and urging voters to support the President by voting for more Republicans, the Democrats and their mouthpiece, the NYT, cooked up this Fake Op-Ed to give the credit for success to the Resistence fighters in the administration. They can make President Trump look inept and incompetent, thus stealing his record of achievement. This is likely a Clinton/Obama operation.

This was coordinated with the Woodward book and is Dems moving on to plan B after the Special Counsel returns nothing impeachable. All about midterms right now.
Trump played into it though. He should have said, “Fake news. Anonymous sources is fake news. Not sure what White House was being described but it’s not mine.” Left it at that.

I think it’s narrowing down to somebody in the Justice department.
Trump’s been hammering the Justice department and they don’t want certain documents declassified. When somebody is attacking you it’s likely that that they’ve been drawing your fire and are responding in kind. my guess is high level Justice department 2-1 and the rest of the field is 8-1.
People are saying it is Pence, but it can’t be Pence as it has been indicated that the person would be fired.

I agree. The Times is rapidly circling the drain and desperately needs more than a few good stories.
I’m pointing out Acosta because he’s a Bush hold over and he’s Hispanic which may suggest his loyalties lie with his compadres.

My hunch is that Trump already knows who is behind it.
Sabotaging the President that we elected just isn’t fake news and move on, I believe it deserves a spotlight from the President vs the lying media.
