This is already out in the open. The big questions are: Will the establishment allow it to be deconstructed in a public forum in a way that the Leftist news media cannot ignore, and will be forced to address?

It is a fact that Obama already violated the law knowingly by communicating official business with Hillary Clinton using a non-.gov email account that dropped on her unauthorized server, and he is probably off-limits, as Hillary Clinton likely is as well, even though they were likely responsible for the Chinese elimination and murder of a couple dozen intelligence agents in China.

They were likely surveiling anyone and everyone in power or with a chance at gaining power. The best way to handle such a massive amount of data would be create a massive database.
Credit card transactions, bank records, phone call logs, phone transcripts (like they had with Flynn), phone gps logs, IM’s, all texts and emails...

I think everyone would agree that we want to avoid those things to the greatest extent we can, because once you start down that road, there is no going back and the disruption, destruction, and misery results in everyone wondering how they ever got there in the first place.
But we need to take this REPUBLIC back from the black-robed jurists and corrupt politicians. Trump, for any of his supposed faults, seems to be the first politician in GENERATIONS who seems to understand this. Heck, even Reagan seemed to want to work within that corrupt system to accomplish his goals (and did it well) without overturning the apple cart.
Trump, I think, understands the danger to the Republic that apple cart has become. And to me, this spying issue is a clear indication he is right on the money.
McLatchy source...Dan Bongino had a most interesting take on the mistaken news source that said that Michael Cohen was sent to Prague to set up the entire “Russian Collusion” thing for Trump with Russia.
The source of that report (which has blown up, and has been denied top to bottom by Cohen himself AND his scumbag “lawyer” Lanny Davis) was...McLatchy.
And McLatchy still stands by the story. (Bongino posits it is because they don’t want to expose their source)
As Dan Bongino asks: Where did McLatchy get that information? Where?
What if the “source” that said Coehn went to Prague was one of the “Civilian Contractors” such as Crowdstrike, Fusion GPS (Nellie Ohr was working for them in November 2015) who were illegally mining the NSA database, and thought they had struck gold?
“We have Trump now! Here is his lawyer going over to Prague...and for what reason? WE HAVE HIM NOW!”
But what if they jumped the gun?
What if they were doing a search using firstname, lastname, date of birth, and...BING! They came up with something that indicated Michael Cohen had been in Prague on a certain date, even though his passport was never stamped, but the Leftists maintain he could have gone into Prague as way that bypassed the stamp process.
What if they had a Michael Cohen with the same DOB, but simply a completely different person? (which is the apparent case)

Dan Bongino postulated yesterday as well that...what if the people doing the illegal NSA data mining were not just mining data on Trump, but were mining data on a wide variety of people.
What if there was not going to be just one dossier, but multiple ones on multiple candidates...or established politicians...or simply enemies.
This is the NSA database. It is huge, the biggest surveillance database in the history of the world. They built three MASSIVE facilities in this country that obtain the data that populates this database.
And I assume it isn’t just emails, texts, and speech recognized voice calls. I would also be willing to bet all these traffic cams we see now ubiquitously at every intersection and toll both that can read passing license plates, recognize them and send them to a location in real time...what do you want to bet that there is a steady stream of licence plate numbers, a date/time, and a geographical coordinate? What, did we think they put those cameras up there so they could look for people running red lights or speeding? Only a few states like Maryland actually do that. So why is all this money being spent to put these cameras up. Hmm?
Intestingly, I got interested in trying to figure out how emails were routed some years back, and there were free programs on the Internet you could take the raw header date from an email, dump it into it, and it would show how the email originated, how it got to me, and every hop in between. This is standard stuff, but to me, it was kind of interesting and new, as I had never done it.
After I ran a few through, I realized that every single one of them went through one of these three areas and I would see them over and over again in each email.
And I understood intuitively...all email communications were required to go through one or more of those centers, where it was harvested for inclusion in the database.
And not too long ago, I became aware of something else.
When I searched email raw header info, those NSA centers stopped appearing. Everyone seems to know they go through them now, but...they must have worked in some fashion to simply stop appearing in the analysis. Someone thinks it is preferable that they don’t show up.
It reminded me of a small Navy Base I lived on near Andrews AFB as a kid. I had gone there back in the 90’s, and it was deserted. There was no gate, I could go right in and drive around, I even went to our house and walked around inside. Kind of cool. Back around in the mid 2000’s, I went back because I lost the pictures I had taken. Now, there was a two story glass wall of what looked like explosive/bullet proof glass stretching across the road, and it was now a Department of Homeland Security Counterterrorism Center.
I admit, I got a little nervous as I drove down that quarter mile of exposed, straight road, and felt like there were eyes on me. (As people who engage in war find out, if you feel like you are being watched, you very probably are) I talked to the guard about why I came down the road, and suggested to him I would just turn around and leave, and he agreed that was what should happen.
Anyway, I got home and went on Google Earth with my brother to look at the base, and the appearance was quite different. Where we used to have these big grass football fields, there was now what looked like a small runway, with lots of weird taxiways and such, until we both suddenly realized: It was not a runway, it was a defensive driving training course. It had intersections, rotarys (roundabouts) Highway intersections, parking lots, it was very interesting.
Some time later, I went back in with a friend to show him that place, and that was all gone in Google Earth.
What I saw now was a picture of the old base before it became a DHS Counterterrorism base...it had the old swimming pool and fields, everything...:)
Someone thought it was better that people didn’t see it.
