Pennsylvania did an amazing job, but there is no practical reason for not breaking down the sex of victims. The crime is sex abuse. Sex is fundamental to issue. Not only the act, but the sex of the victims. They have the data. It is an easy thing to include in the report. I would argue, it is a fundamental thing to include in the report.
There is no need to even mention the word homosexual, just state how many of the 1000 victims were male and how many were female. It couldn’t be easier.
Maybe after 800 pages, they grew weary of documenting abuse...
