...Mr. McCain had with his staff and family before he died, he had made clear he did not want Mr. Trump to participate in anything they planned...
I'm surprised they actually mentioned this part. Reporter has probably been fired by now.

“Washington Mourned John McCain. President Trump Played Golf.”
And I had a large BM.
We all honored him in an appropriate way.

Good to hear that President Trump is getting some R&R. He has to take good care of himself.
After all, he’s almost singlehandedly taking out the entire Swamp by himself.
Trump 2020!

I am a VietNam vet and do not consider McCain a war hero. I admire that he survived prison camp although he did acquiesce to the captors. Small price to pay to stay alive.
However, since he has been a senator, he has been self centered, self aggrandizing and selfish. He has been the poster child for term limits.

If you listen to the MSM, everything that happens is connected to Trump, and he is always in the wrong. To me, I see no problems here. What was he supposed to do, wear sackcloth and sit in ashes?

If only Trump had had some golf balls with McKook’s photo on them. That would have triggered them.

Trump will be written about in history books. McCain will not. McCain died knowing that. That makes me happy!

Well, the McCain family made it very clear he was not invited. What was he supposed to do, invite Sarah Palin over for dinner? (She was disinvited too.)
