Most of them are gone.

Hyman Litvan (Hy Lit) died of Parkinson's some years ago.

Joseph Nigra (Joe Niagra) died a few years back also. He was the only holdover when WIBG switched from religion to rock and roll in 1956. He was also the only holdover when Paul Drew fired the whole lineup in 1968.

Frank X. Feller died a few years back.

Don L. Brink (Scotty Brink) became a star in other markets.

Bill Gardner left radio to become an airline pilot.

There a bunch of others from different years, but most of them are in that 50 kilowatt station in the sky.

Yeah, I know they had passed some years back. (There's still a bunch of clips of them out there on youtube, believe it or not, including these very brief sample clips:    Joe Niagara, and Hy Lit. Ah, the good old days...)       :-)
