Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, who was Sen. John McCain (R-AZ)’s running mate in the 2008 presidential election, has been excluded from his funeral. Breitbart News has independently confirmed an earlier report in People magazine, which reported that Palin was not sent an invitation, and was told through intermediaries to stay away from the ceremony.
McCain fundraiser Carla Eudy confirmed to People that Palin had not been invited — possibly, People speculated, at the behest of the McCain family.
The news comes on the tenth anniversary of the date in 2008 when Palin was announced as McCain’s pick for Vice President.
Palin now joins President Donald Trump on the list of those barred from the funeral.
But unlike Trump, Palin never feuded with McCain and never criticized him.
When news broke on Saturday of McCain’s passing, Palin said: “Today we lost an American original. Sen. John McCain was a maverick and a fighter, never afraid to stand for his beliefs. John never took the easy path in life — and through sacrifice and suffering he inspired others to serve something greater than self.
“John McCain was my friend. I will remember the good times. My family and I send prayers for Cindy and the McCain family.”

Palin has always been loyal to McCain.
Even when he did not deserve it.
This is probably a shock to Palin.

The family could have vetoed that “request” after the bum’s death. They didn’t. So, yes, they are keeping it classy as usual.

Sarah Palin has more class in her pinky than all the McCain’s put together.
Fortunately, the media has informed me that John McCain is the greatest of great politicians because based on what I know about him and have witnessed the last few days, I would have concluded that he was an egotistical, petty, and vindictive SOB.
And he/family chose who attends his funeral?
Invites to funerals? I’m confused.

I find it amusing that when McCain arrived at the River Styx for his soul to be conveyed to Hell, he recognized the ferry pilot. It was his father, The Admiral.
His “campaign” was dead in the water until he picked Palin. Wonderful competent staff he had, wasn’t it??
Bet this insult was arranged with McCain’s blessing before his death.

McCain and family spared Palin a wasted trip. I’m sure that she could come up with any number of more productive uses of her time.
Governor Palin, consider this a badge of honor.
She almost messed everything up and caused him to win.

We know why....because everyone would be hanging out with Sarah and ignoring McCains bloated corpse. What a serious POS he was. She went out of her way to support him, and even in death he treats her like his first wife.
