what is this 10 day rule? For how many days the rags didnt kill anyone? This judge should hang.
When the next 9/11 happens, remember this judge’s name
Amen to that. If these guys get into trouble he should be arrested and summarily executed.
Somebody did die...the missing boy whose remains were found buried on the property. Is nobody going to be charged with that?
>>This judge should hang.
Calm down.
>>The charges against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, remained. The suspects are accused of holding nearly a dozen children at the compound. The remains of a twelfth child were found on the compound.
The prosecutors messed up; this is true. That doesn’t mean the judge just decided to release all the suspects on a whim.
Amen !
“This judge should hang.”
What happened to wanting judges who follow the law as written? It sounds like this judge had no discretion under the law. Blame the legislators who passed the law, and the idiot DA who ignored it. The DA needs to get this before a grand jury and re-indict right now.
In the real world someone would get fired for such a failure.
The Legislature of the State of New Mexico passed, and its Governor signed, a law requiring that defendants in custody be arraigned within 10 days or released. The judge merely followed the law. Or do you think activist judges ignoring the law is a good thing?
