Judge McElroy is a good little dhimmi, isn’t he?

He ought to be thrown off the bench for this.

Some legal authority has to step in and reverse this crazy judge's dangerous action.

Judge Jeff McElroy has put his whole community at great risk.

Hope he knows he is responsible for all mayhem and horror resulting from his outrageous release of known, committed terrorists.

"what is this 10 day rule? For how many days the rags didnt kill anyone? This judge should hang."

Somebody did die...the missing boy whose remains were found buried on the property. Is nobody going to be charged with that?

For better or worse this is the rule of law if this rule actually exists and has been consistently enforced.

From the article: The judge said it was a very difficult decision to drop the charges but the rule left him with no option.

I think all the disdain heaped on the judge in this post could be unfair though as a gay left-winger he deserves a lot of suspicion. The issue is more likely prosecutorial incompetence. Fortunately, the other two, including the apparent leader, remain in custody because they were charged with additional crimes 5 days ago which means they had better indict them within the next 5 or they will be released also.

I’m... siding with the judge here.

Hype aside - the compound was raided and these guys were arrested and the prosecutor never bothered to present evidence as to why they were arrested to begin with.

If there’s no evidence (and for some reason they bulldozed a good chunk of it) there’s no right to inprison them. That’s the point of living in a free country.

>>This judge should hang.

Calm down.

>>The charges against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, remained. The suspects are accused of holding nearly a dozen children at the compound. The remains of a twelfth child were found on the compound.

The prosecutors messed up; this is true. That doesn’t mean the judge just decided to release all the suspects on a whim.

If the prosecutors showed probable evidence ahead of time then... yeah.

I don’t agree with long term solitary confinement and dragged out trials either but that’s a whole different can of worms.

What a bunch of crap. We know that judges bend, break, re-do, etc. laws all the time. He could've found a way to not dismiss charges. He CHOSE not to because the rag-heads are a protected species these days.

Yes, something strange going on here. These are not just your ordinary terrorists. Recall that Daddy Imam Wahhaj was unindicted in the 1993 bombing, and could hardly be expected not to have known and encouraged this latest plot. Somehow these are Magic Do-Not-Touch Terrorists.
