Judge Jeff McElroy on Wednesday dismissed all of the charges against three of the five defendants arrested in connection to a New Mexico compound linked to “extremist Muslims” because authorities violated the state’s “10-day rule.”

Pure conjecture on my part, but because they are Soros/CIA assets who they need to commit terror at some later date in order to Make America Afraid Again And Accept Global Fascism.
Too bad the 3yr old black muslim kid had no protection from his killer even though the FBI was supposedly hunting for them for weeks as a kidnapping. Or, the 11 black muslim kids that were starving for weeks didn't have any level of protection to feed them.

The State may have been asked sotto voce to defer to the Feds in such a way that a 'surprise' release was part of the 'ask'. Think about it.

California is never a lost cause. We can dust off the 1867-68 Reconstruction Act and declare California in insurrection. What follows is the appointment of a military governor and a good number of troops. The state legislature is then given an ultimatum to pass a number of laws that brings the state back into constitutional equilibrium. In the meantime, the entire California congressional body is refused seats in the US senate and house.
I could go on, but those are main levers to bring California back into the fold.
Did the County Attorney deliberately crab this case? If not, who? Why? This is effin stupid.

I'm not a lawyer, don't know the judge nor much about NM law but my take is a bit different than most here.
Whether law or tradition, or law, a hearing for cause must be held within 10 days. In New Mexico, but I suspect similar procedures exist elsewhere.
No hearing, not the judges fault. Look to the prosecutor. Who may have well have a reason
A reason? Other articles, and I think this one, state that the 10 day thingie has nothing to do with grand jury indictments. It's possible they're still developing evidence though I acknowledge I'm very uncomfortable with these guys out on the street. Hopefully an indictment will be forthcoming.
Pretty sure this 10 day rule only applies to muslims.
