Boston Red Sox star J.D. Martinez stood by his controversial Instagram post showing Adolf Hitler, saying Tuesday he was defending the Second Amendment.
Martinez, a perennial American League MVP candidate, posted the photo in 2013. The picture featured Hitler along with the quote, “To conquer a nation, first disarm it’s (sic) citizens.” Martinez captioned the post, “This is why I always stay strapped! #thetruth” He was 25 at the time.

It is considered “controversial and problematic” because he implies Hitler was a totalitarian leftist instead of a far right white supremacist. It goes against the liberal narrative and therefore must be shunned by the woke.

The awards don't mean anything except subservience when they become PC.

Merely mentioning Adolf is seldom a wise choice. That said, the second was adopted so the citizens could do something in the event someone like him took power.

Is our country “out of control”? Hmmm, if you look at recent elections, the majority of us aren’t. But, the unhinged left is totally out of control, and are DANGEROUS to society. The real question is whether anything will be done about it?
Look at Antifa, that is in itself a criminal and violent organization that declares that it intends on killing their opponents. They want all “Fascists” dead...and part of the problem with that is that they state that Capitalism is Fascism....
