Her tweets are obviously ghostwritten and issued on a cynical get-me-PR basis. Then there is Hillary’s infamous dislike of being held accountable. If a tweet were to be criticized she could claim a staffer did it.
Her phraseology also reveals third parties are responsible for the content.
