Why are they always surprised by the failure of their systems?
Well, it says only 4 were down. 70 technicians should be able to handle that.
They need to check these machines well in advance of an election.
Come on, Fontes, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out!
I remember election officials being VERY concerned about electronic voting about the time the elder brother Coward Bush was elected, but then had no problems with that once he was proved to me a milquetoast, and their god the Fraud was selected and anointed.
According to what a person whose running for a state rep. position, she said “several” polling places are having issues throughout Maricopa County.
“Fontes said the contractor in charge of the voting machines did not set them up on time at several locations.”
Oh that’s nice. We pay the government to do these jobs but they are too lazy/incompetent to actually perform. Then they contract the work out to friends and family so the taxpayers pay twice.
Fontes is a new, Democrat County Recorder. He took the job of a Republican woman named Helen something who had been on the job for like 30 years. During last election’s Maricopa County’s incredible screw up, she took the fall when it was not just her fault. Our Secretary of State has not been doing a good job. I hate to say that because she is someone I know and like, but facts are facts. I am supporting a man named Steve Gaynor who is a businessman and probably is taking the Ducey way to the Governor’s office.
“Ariz. officials knew of issues with voting machines a day before Tuesday’s primary”
Red flag! Being the cynic I am (illannoy...I wonder why) whenever there are voting machine “issues” that means the fix is in. Watch for all kinds of “lost” ballots showing up strategically to tip the races in the desired direction. Kelli Ward is probably scewed.
Putting my Trump hat on, theyre FIRED!
The only glitch was in the people manning the polls. The wife and I were only the second and third people to vote at that station an hour in, and the volunteers, God bless 'em, still were learning the new sign-in system themselves.
All election laws since 1960 should be erased.
” Rep. Martha McSally (R-Ariz.) is largely favored to win the race above both Trump loyalists, and on Tuesday received an endorsement from Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.), whose seat they are vying for.”
If there we any doubts in the minds of AZ voters, this should show you how McSally is going to represent us if we don’t get Ward in.
So, I haven’t voted yet.
I’m I not going to be counted?
Helen Purcell, who ran a lot of state party elections very competently.
I, too, like our Secretary of State, but she’s in way over her head. I voted for Gaynor as well.
Correct, Helen Purcell.
I agree with you with regard to our SOS.
I’m from the Land of Lincoln also and yes, I was thinking something funny going on.
Do you recommend someone for Super. of Public Instruction?
Early voters are at work and voted by mail. Many voters today complaining about faulty machines probably don’t comprehend the instructions.
