House task force interviews FBI official about Clinton emails, isn't done yet
Washington Examiner ^ | 8/26/18 | Daniel Chaitin

House lawmakers interviewed an FBI official on Friday, part of an ongoing congressional investigation into the bureau's probe into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server.

A congressional source confirmed to the Washington Examiner that the Judiciary and Oversight Committees met privately with FBI official Jonathan Moffa at the end of the week -- the latest in a line of interviews conducted by the joint task force looking into the FBI's controversial handling of the inquiry into the former secretary of state's unauthorized server.

Moffa was mentioned in an April letter sent to Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy by Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., who took note of emails from February 2016 that suggested Justice Department coordination with the FBI before ex-FBI Director James Comey publicly recommend in July that no charges be brought against Clinton, who was then a candidate for president.

Hillary has no need to worry about it.

Forget “lock her up” nonsense.

“Nothing is ever going to come of this.”

Really. They have to quit teasing us. She must know all systems are in place to protect her no matter what happens. She’d have been in a non-extradition country by now. She’s not scared. (I am scared for Trump.)

I am beginning to think that there is an infinitesimally-small number of men & women with the courage and respect for the country, the Constitution and the rule-of-law to fully confront the DOJ, FBI and Clinton machine in this matter. Parts of this should be slam-dunk/open-and-shut cases. That's not the problem.

The problem is, those who have the will to seek justice are not in the proper positions do make it happen, and those who are in the proper positions are fighting against it.

Really? The FBI is trying to determine if a crime was committed? How stupid are they? How in-the-tank for Hillary are they? Shameful.

(EXCERPT WASH/POST) .....in a hearing about a Judicial Watch lawsuit, U.S. District Judge Sullivan cited that email as part of the reason he ordered the State Dept produce records related to its initial failures in the FOIA searches for Clinton's records. Speaking in open court, Sullivan said legitimate questions have been raised about whether Clinton's staff was trying to help her to sidestep a FOIA request. "We're talking about a Cabinet-level official who was accommodated by the government for reasons unknown to the public. And I think that's a fair statement: For reasons heretofore unknown to the public. And all the public can do is speculate," he said, adding: "This is all about the public's right to know."

ITEM-—Hillary Clinton maintained a private, unsecured e-mail server as Obama’s secretary of state and did not turn it over to the government for archiving after leaving office. Obama later lied about his knowledge of this server, the existence of which enabled Clinton to withhold documents related to the Benghazi debacle from congressional investigators.

(AFTER SHE LOST) Obama Made Deal With Hillary Allowing Removal Of State Dept Records.
By RYAN SAAVEDRA, daiywire.com, December 15, 2017
Newly-revealed documents obtained by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch reveal that the Obama State Department allowed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin to remove sensitive documents that were not to be made public records (including official “Muslim Engagement Documents”).

Judicial Watch received the records on Thursday in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that sought all DS-1904 forms completed by or on behalf of Former Secretary Hillary Clinton, Former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, Former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, and Former Deputy Chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan.

Clinton and Abedin were permitted to remove both electronic and physical records, claiming “they were ‘personal’ materials and ‘unclassified, non-record materials,’ including files of Clinton’s calls and schedules, which were not to be made public.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton noted the gravity of the latest revelations, stating they showed further corruption in the Obama administration and with Clinton.
“We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information,” Fitton said in a statement. “But these new records show that was only part of the scandal. These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws.”

Electronic records Clinton was allowed to remove:
Copy of “daily files.”
Non-record copy of a log of calls the Secretary made since 2004.
Official and personal copy of the Secretary’s “call grid” which is a running list of calls she wants to make.
Physical records Clinton was allowed to remove: 16 boxes of personal schedules from 1993-2008 (prior to her becoming Secretary of State).
29 boxes of miscellaneous public schedules ranging from her time as FLOTUS up to her State Dept tenure.
1 box of personal reimbursable receipts. 1 box of personal photos. 1 box personal schedule.
Personal correspondence.
Daily file binders. Gift binders. Gifts (actual). Topic binders.

Electronic records Abedin was allowed to remove
Outlook contacts.
Physical records Abedin was allowed to remove (5 boxes): Travel Records Muslim Engagement Documents Newspaper Articles
Gift Archive Binder
FLOTUS “Courtesy Storage/Box Content List” Binder
CODEL Trips Binder
Menu Cards & Table Arrangement Binder
Personal Event Planner (2001 thru 2011)

“The originals of some Clinton documents were retained, such as the call logs and schedules,” Judicial Watch reports. “For other records, including material that predates Clinton’s tenure, there is no indication that a copy was made. The most significant of these are Hillary’s personal correspondence and gift binders, which could reflect Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative ties.”

Then-FBI Director James Comey outright lied——he insisted that the agency had “reviewed all of the communications”
discovered on the Weiner laptop......some of which were designated “top secret.” The FBI examined just 3,077 of the 694,000 emails on Weiner’s which was used by his wife Huma Abedin, a top aide to Hillary Clinton, a report said.

DID COMEY STOP LOOKING B/C HE WAS AFRAID HE WOULD FIND EVEN
GREATER OUTRAGES PERPETRATED BY HILLARY AND HER CRIMINAL CREW?

Hillary Aide Huma Abedin Forwarded State Dept Passwords to
Yahoo Before It Was Hacked by Russian and Foreign Agents
By Luke Rosiak, The Daily Caller / January 02, 2018 /

Huma Abedin, a top aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, routed sensitive information through Yahoo multiple times.

Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive State Department emails, including passwords to government systems, to her personal Yahoo email account before every single Yahoo account was hacked, a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of emails released as part of a lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch shows. Abedin, the top aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, used her insecure personal email provider to conduct sensitive work.

This guarantees that an account with high-level correspondence in Clinton’s State Department was affected by one or more of a series of breaches—at least one of which was perpetrated by a “state-sponsored actor.”

The U.S. later charged Russian intelligence agent Igor Sushchin with hacking 500 million Yahoo email accounts. The initial hack occurred in 2014 and allowed his associates to access accounts into 2015 and 2016 by using forged cookies. Sushchin also worked for the Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, which paid former President Bill Clinton $500,000 for a June 2010 speech in Moscow.

A separate hack in 2013 compromised 3 billion accounts across multiple Yahoo properties, and the culprit is still unclear. “All Yahoo user accounts were affected by the August 2013 theft,” the company said in a statement. Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, regularly forwarded work emails to her personal humamabedin@yahoo.com address. “She would use these accounts if her [State] account was down or if she needed to print an email or document. Abedin further explained that it was difficult to print from the DoS system so she routinely forwarded emails to her non-DoS accounts so she could more easily print,” an FBI report says.

Abedin sent passwords for her government laptop to her Yahoo account on Aug. 24, 2009, an email released by the State Department in September shows. Long-time Clinton confidante Sid Blumenthal sent Clinton an email in July 2009 with the subject line: “Important. Not for circulation. You only. Sid.” The email began “CONFIDENTIAL … Re: Moscow Summit.” Abedin forwarded the email to her Yahoo address, potentially making it visible to hackers.

The email was deemed too sensitive by the government to release to the public and was redacted before being published pursuant to the Judicial Watch lawsuit. The released copy says: “Classified by DAS/ A/GIS, DoS on 10/30/2015 Class: Confidential.” The unredacted portion reads: “I have heard authoritatively from Bill Drozdiak, who is in Berlin. … We should expect that the Germans and Russians will now cut their own separate deals on energy, regional security, etc.” —SNIP—

Top Hillary Aide Huma Abedin Gave False Statements to FBI Agents in 2017 Interview
The Gateway Pundit ^ | 7/11/2018 | Cristina Laila
FR Posted on 7/13/2018, 8:37:21 PM by Beave Meister

The FBI previously declassified Huma’s 302 summary from her 2016 interview with Peter Strzok and David Laufman.
Hillary’s ride-or-die aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills both lied to Strzok and Laufman.

Abedin lied to Strzok in her 2016 interview when said she had no knowledge of Hillary Clinton’s private server until after leaving the State Department in early 2013.
“Abedin did not know that Clinton had a private server until about a year and a half ago when it became public knowledge,” according to Strzok’s 302 summary interview with Huma.

Email exchanges between Huma Abedin and other Clinton aides in 2010 and 2011, however, reveal she was fully aware of Hillary’s private server before it became public knowledge.
Email exchanges between Huma and other Clinton aides as previously reported by The Daily Caller: “hrc email coming back — is server okay?” Mills asked in a Feb. 27, 2010 email to Abedin and Justin Cooper, a longtime aide to Bill Clinton who helped set up the Clinton server.

“Ur funny. We are on the same server,” Cooper replied.
Mills and Abedin were also involved in an Aug. 30, 2011 exchange in which State Department official Stephen Mull mentioned that Clinton’s “email server is down.”

And in a Jan. 9, 2011 email exchange, Cooper told Abedin that Clinton’s server had been malfunctioning because “someone was trying to hack us.”

“Had to shut down the server,” wrote Cooper, who told the FBI in his interviews that he discussed Clinton’s server with Abedin in 2009, when it was being set up.

Simple, even I can give them a flow chart -

1 - Was it marked “Confidential” or above? YES/NO

If YES continue -

2. Was is sent on an unsecured mail system? YES/NO

If YES continue -

3. A crime was committed.

“Was it marked ‘Confidential’ or above?”

It doesn’t even have to be marked. Classification goes with the territory — sender and/or recipient and/or topic.
