A federal judge dealt a blow Saturday to President Donald Trumps efforts to promote more efficient government, ruling that key provisions of three recent executive orders undermine federal employees right to bargain collectively under federal law. U.S. District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson said Trump had exceeded his authority in issuing the orders.

Getting sick of Judges thinking they are Presidents!
But the same judge was silent for 8 years of the criminal obama regime when he exceeded his authority using executive orders. Political judges must be removed from the bench.

Well judgette, you don’t get to decided what the president does and doesn’t do with the powers that he’s vested with. So, as far as your ruling? Denied! Next.
If you're against voting for RINOs, your battleground is in the primaries. In November, our choices are whether or not President Trump gets impeached.
How many divisions does this judge command?
Without knowing all the details. I think this ruling may be accurate. This is the one area where we need laws to fix our garbage federal civilian employees.
The other judge rulings were definitely overstepping...especially the one saying he had to keep DACA in place. But this one I believe there may be laws on the books that say the gov’t can’t be efficient and employing people (basically that’s what it says because democrats passed the rules/laws to ensure their buddies can live off the tax payers).
Makes for a good head line. All the “evidence” against Trump is mounting...He’s a baddddd man.
Federal workers have NO right to “collectively bargain.” The taxpayers who pay their salaries have no seat at the table or say in the matter.
Question: Currently in the House, how many judges are being impeached?
If the number is zero, then Paul Ryan is not doing his job.

More Leftist corruption.
Drain this effing swamp.
Imagine these feckless fools in the private sector? My God. They would be tossed to the curb by security in one day.
So, how can a judge override an executive order from the president? Article III of the Constitution addresses this practice directly. Federal courts have the power to interpret the Constitution, and can declare an executive order illegal or unconstitutional.Feb 4, 2017

Hopefully we can get our REPUBLICANS into office this November and give some help to Our President so he doesn't have to EO everything and then the Federal Judges can't do anything!!!
It’s why we need to go back to patronage. No more lifetime sinecures. 4 years or 8 years with the new administration. Trash in, trash out.
I agree....this may also be a conflict of interest....the taxpayer winds up paying salaries for the Bureaucratic army that our government employs.
The Executive Branch is now a marginalized inferior federal department.
Didn’t even need to look. They’re all alike.
