The Senators decide. That’s the way it works.


I thought to rename a Federal building, it takes Congress enacting a Bill.

Not that Congress wouldn’t do that....in the ‘spirit of bipartisanship’....but, at least We the People could attempt to voice our disdain/dislike, over this choice.

In the case of Congressional office buildings, Congress decides. It is the exception. I guess in this case it is Separation of Powers.

Even it required a Presidential signature, I would expect that there would be enough votes to overcome any veto by the WH.
