Let's hope we see more of this.
If the cops were allowed to do their job this would not be necessary. The criminal would have been turned over at arrest.
And it's a great way to put pressure back on local jurisdictions who refuse to enforce federal law.

This will turn the judicial system on its head, Sacramento attorney Charles Pacheco said. It is already on its head, that why we need to crack a few.

judges do not prevent lawful arrest warrants from being enforced.
The honest ones don't. Sadly some let the bastards out the back door.

Really? I read the whole article and there wasn’t an immigrant mentioned anywhere.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents entered Sacramento Superior Court last week and handcuffed an immigrant
An immigrant is someone who enters the country legally, following the immigration laws. The person who was arrested was an illegal alien. There is no such thing as an "undocumented immigrant" - there is only an immigrant or an illegal alien. The left-wing's newspeak has to be resisted.

They arrested someone for being an immigrant? Wow, thought they were only interested in illegal immigrants!? /s
To: Mariner
Since Trump took office, people those here legally and undocumented immigrants are less likely to report crimes, to come forward as witnesses to crimes and to seek help if they are victims of crimes, Cantil-Sakauye said. That impedes public safety, infringes the constitutional rights of individuals and their access to justice and has led to a tide of rising violence, she said.
Exactly WHICH Constitutional rights are being infringed by this?
