I'm in the younger social media with the kids and while you think anorexia has gone away, it's not, unfortunately. It's only quiet since it's not dejur with media but it's presented as being "healthy", "fit", and "pretty" - and girls hurting themselves to be model thin when it's harmful.

I dealt with one young lady a few years back and she was constantly dieting - while being a size 2.

She constantly stressed over becoming fat when she was far from it.

So yes, it's still there, just not getting the media hype, but foisted via social media and print media that it's attainable - or it'll kill you.

I’m sure it’s still there, but when it’s not getting the hype, I think fewer young people fall victim to it.
