When will congress finally get the balls to impeach these black-robed tyrants?
I don’t remember federal judges passing judgment on any of obozo’s executive orders. Is this different because someone decided to hang the “collective bargaining” hat on it? Possibly!
Fire the unnecessary federal workers and then FIRE this A$$HOLE judge.
It would be fun to watch a squad of Marines drag this black-robe traitor into the street and a waiting paddy wagon. This is the only solution I see since our gutless, bribed Congress refuses to impeach and remove these traitors who are trying to destroy our republic.

Well the Left seems to thinks they are the Judicial. The Judicial and The Judicial. And law is by fiat not by legislation according to them.

Years ago, many years ago, my cousin who was a federal employee of good character, asked me to help solve a problem he and his unit faced with two government employees who were disrupting their work.
Protected by some union rules, I had to figure a way around those rules and come up with other internal alternatives. Here’s what I did.
I was allowed to enter the govt building legally and proceeded to photograph the desks and walls of these two individuals. Fortunately they stupidly “left” their desk drawers open enough to see inside them and to photograph the communist books and materials they had in there. Also photographed other communist materials on their desks, etc.
Gave them to my cousin who proceeded to talk with a friendly union leader (my cuzz was also a member of the union and more of a local leader) who also wanted to get rid of these two reds.
Wellllll!. To make a long story shorter, the union rep got their work unit leaders to reassign them to dead-end jobs (aka “pigeonholing them) to the point that both were gone in less than 6 months. No blood but no more reds.
Meanwhile, I also helped my cousin to contact a newspaper and provide them with information about a high-ranking Jimmy Carter affirmative action appointee who was not doing their job, took 3 hour lunches, refused to sign off on approved educational grants, and subcontracted (illegally) to his wife.
The story ran and they were fired, convicted of fraud,etc, and jailed. I love a story with a happy ending, and America’s children got badly needed money for their education.
If there’s a will, there’s a way. Make it happen. Think SMART!
Amazing how they are all connected in Government. We don’t have a Republic, we have a secret monarchy. Wake up America, and see what you unwillingly created.

The only person who can fire federal judges is the Man upstairs.
at this point there is no real law anyway, Press On, damn the torpedoes, if it takes marshall law to end illegal immigration and restore law, do it today..
