Allen Weisselberg, longtime chief financial officer of the Trump Organization, has been granted immunity by federal prosecutors as part of their investigation into President Donald Trump's former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday, citing sources.
Psssst Muellhead I heard Trump’s pool guy knows something.
What does this have to do with Russian collusion?
Remind me how many years that multi-millionaire Bill spent in prison.
Rope and pitchforks if they take this any further.
Heck...have you ever received your neighbors junk mail, then tossed it in the garbage?
Guess what? If you have, you broke federal law.
I thought that in the beginning... not so sure now.
I do and I remember the pushback from us. Now we’re suggesting that we just need to “move on”.
How is this old news?
It worked out for Clinton because the Dems had the Senate locked up..
Placing the words "judas goat" in your search engine would have been easier than posting your query here.
In terms of “Thomas Wictor’s Judas Goats” in post 5 is what I meant.
Was that intended to be a snarc?
They are reporting today on something that happened months ago.
Yes...and I would not be surprised at all if he left the USA because of it...nor would I blame him in the least.
Saw an interview of him during the Zer0 years. He was asked how "the rich" would react if the halfrican implimented the drastic tax increases that were being rumored at the time. His response was, "The rich are international, they will just leave America." (not an exact quote, but the gist is there)
Can the funds be cut off for this witch hunt? We the taxpayers should say enough!
No, informative
This is appalling. How much more can we expect President Trump to endure? We live in a very wealthy banana republic where we are nothing but taxpayers without representation.
Does anyone believe that you or we have anyone in Washington DC who are working for us?
All of my prayers are for our President and his family.
As I see it, according to Victor's #21, it is the President himself.
The big mistake was making national security the job of lawyer agencies and civilian police agencies to outrageous extents. The result is a police state that operates in secrecy. Our judicial branch is becoming somewhat like the religious branch of Iran.
Our national security should be the job of our military forces and an intelligence agency that supports our military forces—not lawyers and civilian police with mutual support deals with a party of politicians.
This was discussed last night. Subpoenas were issued earlier this year as part of the Cohen investigation into the NDA and burying the stories about the two women. The press is playing with words. Saying someone “has been” subpoenaed creates a breaking news story. Writing the truth and saying someone WAS subpoenaed as part of the Cohen investigation means it is old news. Trump and his attorneys already knew about this. I am sure they were aware of what these people were going to say. When the Feds and State Attorneys come knocking a smart defense lawyer is going to demand immunity before anything is said. Also pointed out last night this is all related to Cohen NOT Trump and of the two non-crimes he plead guilty to. One faux crime if a crime only applies to a donor not the recipient, the other non crime requires someone to twist and strain the interpretation to even connect Trump to a faux illegal contribution. If either contributions were in fact illegal, they only indict the contributor not the recipient. I fully believe Giuliani’s job has been to be the Presidents mouth piece, leaking information and getting out in front of what some of these individuals said in regards to Cohen and the payouts. People acted like Giuliani was a fool for things he said but I think he was playing Briar Rabbit. I also felt all along that a few of the so called leaks by unnamed sources came from the Trump legal team allowing Giuliani to refute allegations and suppositions. The idea that the Attorney General for New York State is looking into the Trump organization for illegal campaign activities is also a red herring. What campaign law did they violate if Trump was funding his own campaign? Also opens a can of worms, so the Texas States Attorney can open an investigation into the Hillary campaign donations. In the end you have multiple state investigating to see if a campaign for federal office violated any state laws, what an mess that would be,
