Oh man...UNO’s pizzeria near downtown Chicago in mid-1960’s...The best pizza I have eaten anywhere, including NY State, Rome and LA.
A grocery store in my area sells the frozen UNO pizzas. It probably isn’t nearly as good as having one in Chicago, but it’ll do!
I try to do it authentic, and bake it in a shallow pan with a thin layer of olive oil. Sometimes I add cornmeal to the crust before I do that.
