I’ve heard some landlords simply don’t take section 8.

Once someone gets a section 8 voucher, he/she may then find it’s tough to use that voucher. So then many end up in bad neighborhoods, from what I hear.

Then again, many of us have made sacrifices and saved money etc so we could live in nice areas. We have earned it through working and saving and sacrifices. Is it fair to us to force too many section 8 housing units in our nice areas?

You can bet the Democrats want to force landlords to accept Section 8. It’s only a matter of time.

“I’ve heard some landlords simply don’t take section 8.”

Some areas force you to.

That is, unless you somehow fail the Section 8 exam, which I know exactly how to do.

My FIL owns single family rental houses in a small town. Doens’t take Section 8.
