Don’t be so sure. This is big in Iowa. Iowa has rat Tom MIller as AG, serving since ‘95. Even by Iowa gubnatorial standards that is a long time. And he’s running for his 10th term this fall. GOP hold every other statewide office and both Houses of the Legislature with our first ever female gov., running for her first term on her own. And Trump is quite popular here. If anyone tries to fix this it will outreek any hog pond in the state. The catch is the turds’ boss being president of the Iowa Farm Bureau who ran unsuccessfully for Iowa Ag Secty in GOP primary last time out. What he, or his family did, in place of eVerify likely it’s legally sufficient in Iowa, just ineffective. Gov Reynolds needs to come out for upping to mandatory eVerify and get Farm Bureau to urge all its memes torun their staff thru it now rather than wait for the legislative session to mandate it. Cheap labor express won’t like it, but should recognize they can’t stop it this time. A steady run of ‘shocked’ Iowa farmers calling ICE on their own illegals this fall would be big and likely cheaper than fighting the inevitable and losing. If National Rats try to leverage AG MIller to fix this and Iowa votersrecognize it he could go down. And if U of IA students react to the killing of one of their own as they should (i’d Be shocked, but it is conceivable) the rates lose their most reliable base vote in the statement.
