Newman, who kept the Florida home in his divorce settlement from his ex-wife in 2014, has faced a string of money troubles in recent years

Omarosa Manigault-Newman and her pastor husband have been hit with a lawsuit over the upkeep of their 'moldy' Florida home and fetid swimming pool, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Neighbors are demanding that the publicity-hungry Apprentice villain and her husband scrub their walls and repair or replace the roof of their $615,000 property on an upscale golfing development in suburban Jacksonville.
They also want neglected areas of 'dead' grass to be replaced and the pool chemically treated over fears it is becoming a 'hazard' and a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
The list of demands are spelled out in a $15,000 suit filed against John Allen Newman, who married the ousted White House aide, 44, in April last year after proposing in front of his congregation.
Her net worth has been estimated at $3.5 million with that figure likely to soar

My neighborhood Association's name includes the word 'neighborhood'.

And probably being really good at it. She’s a piece of work. I think people love to hate people like her, while also loving to watch her shamelessly scheme her way in and out of trouble. A hateable/loveable villain.
Looks like a 30 year old development located across the intracoastal waterway from the beaches. Golf course, tennis courts and a community pool. High end but not top end.
