No death penalty in Iowa...Is there a chance he could be charged federally and face a federal death penalty?

I heard Howie Carr say he got E verified because he was using someone else’s identity.

Just reported on FOX BUSINESS NEWS...he is not here legally...He is an illegal alien and if he can't understand or speak English after 7 years...He has a major problem...lock him up, throw away the key, and get his drugs ready for him to go to his final resting place, where ever that is to be....He is totally disgusting and EVIl...HE IS A MURDERER..

If you read the article it says his statement was based on the employers comment about running him through e verify. He backed out of it since.

I guess that is why the illegal was using a fake ID and SSN to work? The lawyer and illegal alien in this case are both lying, smelly rear holes.

No that is not what they are saying. They are saying he gave a fake name and that is what was verified. They are no longer saying hes ok. Stay current
