When the perp said he "blacked out" what the hell does THAT mean?

He conveniently can't remember any details of how he grabbed her and raped her and killed her and threw her body in a cornfield.

I really don't care if he is in this country legally to work or not, he did the unthinkable and he deserves to pay for what he did to her.

The lawyer for Cristihian Bahena Rivera, the Mexican man accused of killing 20-year-old Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts, argues he is in the country legally for work.

If the lawyer is lying, then he should receive the same punishment as his client.

Company retracted and said this guy was NOT E-verified. In fact, the company doesn’t seem to use e-verify as the company is not registered to use the e-verify system.

E Verify would be effective if the IRS notified employers of problems with social security matches. That was the IRS would know that one person or the other was using stolen ID

Cool. Then release him... in Brooklyn Iowa. Give the public a few hours notice to be sure to have a welcoming committee.

“Lawyer For Man Charged With Mollie Tibbetts’ Murder Argues He’s in the Country Legally”

Oh well that settles it...everything is ok now.

That maybe so. BUT he murdered an innocent girl for no reason. It is also irrelevant that she was a flaming liberal. too bad Iowa doesn’t have the death penalty.

If he took her while she was jogging, how did she snapchat her boyfriend?

Interesting how he claims to have “blacked out” as he was murdering her.

There used to be a joke about how you could yell "Immigration" in a restaurant, and all the busboys and cooks would scatter. But that has changed.

This guy had no fear; not from the government for using a stolen ID, and no fear of the law for killing a young woman.

He stayed in Iowa for a month after the killing, and probably thought he was never going to get caught.

The old days of the illegals fearing the government has long passed. And all that blame falls squarely on the left and the media.

Why would Yarabee Farms bother running him through E-Verify if they didn’t have a suspicion he was illegal? Why would politician and owner Lang have to buy so many trailer houses and put up metal buildings to house his employees if they were NOT illegal? It’s not like the dairy business is seasonal. Their neighbors say it’s a “revolving door” with all the dairy’s illegal hiring.

Lawyers are consummate liars. Whatever they say, it’s a lie.

But what does Geraldo say? Couldn’t resist...

He is here legally which makes it OK that he murdered someone and he worked for someone whose brother is a Republican. Boy - does that ever take guts! I think that makes everything OK now!

“”Rivera has lived in Iowa for four to seven years, working at Yarrabee Farms, a Brooklyn-area farm owned by Eric Lang, the brother of Craig Lang, a prominent Republican.

Craig Lang has verified that Rivera is in Iowa legally, according to Richards’ motion.””

Farm that hired Cristhian Rivera, Mollie Tibbetts' suspected killer, did not use E-Verify system, official says

No wonder Craig Lang donated to McCain and Romney, eh?

I hope they have positively identified him. I wonder what would legally happen if a person was tried and convicted of a crime and then they turned out to be someone else other than the person named in the investigation and trial?

I am wondering if he is still using a false identity and not his real name. I am also wondering if there is a connection between him and other missing people in Iowa.

That is not a defense.

He is being charged with murder.

Pavlich provided the defendant’s lawyers name along with his quotes.

That is the right way, i.e., to identify the lawyer whose quotes were being mentioned.

Everify is a feel good system run by a corrupt Federal Government that cannot fix any thing. As my tagline says.

This illegal and the farm he works on need to both have their day in court because BOTH are criminals.

So because he has a stolen identity, and that identity passed E-Verify, he is in the country legally. Liberal logic. WTF has happened to our country...these people would’ve been hanged in the past simply for suggesting such an absurd thing.
